Love the capsules, they take some of the aches and pain out of being 62 and trying to stay active, improves my sleep dramatically

I threw my back out again, which normally takes me a day or two to recover from. I ended up taking 2 capsules instead of 1 of these and was amazed at how quickly my back spasms stopped! I am not a medical doctor, but this product worked for me.

I only take one tablet at night, but it helps me to fall into a comfortable sleep, it also helps my body recover from the day so its a little easier to get out of bed

I have been taking this product for several years now, and it is my primary go to product. Herbstrong CBD gel caps are absolutely AMAZING!! I have suffered from chronic pain for many years. This product is the very best I have found, and I have tried so many. I definitely recommend the gel caps, especially for those who have sensitivity to the under the tongue drops. At the moment i am only taking 1 capsule a day, but i find that it helps with hip pain and my regular pains so i can get some sleep

It is still early, but i have found that by taking a gel in the morning and at night the overall aches and pains go away. It makes tackling every day a little easier

Can't really tell yet. I've been taking 2 per day and bottle is half gone. One in AM and one in PM. I'm a little concerned about the MCT oil as I don't digest coconut oil well typically. I'm going to finish the bottle and see how I feel then.

I wasn't sure how this was going to work at first but after taking the recommendation of the two pills night I am waking up earlier and the racing thoughts have calmed way down!!

I don’t sleep through the night ever. I was in a really bad car accident and ruined my back and neck. I also work out 6 days a week. I suffer from anxiety, PTSD and depression as well. First time using the product and have to say that I am impressed with the results. I like that this comes in the the capsule format verses the tincture making it easier and messy to take. I only wish that the amount was a little more than 40 capsules.

The capsules work well for me i wake up with my anxiety always elevated. I gave up on medications bc my doctor never listen to me so i tried these capsules. Now they don't completely take away my disorder but it does a damn good job helping me calm down. They do enough that I'm able to go about my day.

I bought these drops for my grandmother who struggles with panic attacks and body pain and these pills are keeping her calm and taking away her pain I am very happy with this

Very convenient for someone on the go... they are small, easy to swallow and have no taste (and doesn’t leave a weird taste in your mouth if you don’t like that about the drops). I would definitely recommend it for anyone that doesn’t want to deal with the drops or the vape pen.

In 2013 at age 74 I fractured a vertebrae. For nearly 3 years physical exercise was too painful so I lost a lot of muscle mass. In 2016 at 77 I started training in Muay Thai (thai kick boxing). I was progressing well physically. My blood pressure dropped, I lost weight, and regained some muscles. But 2019 was a rough year with painful shingles in my thigh, extreme fatigue from side effects of eye medication, and a neck injury at yoga. I' will be 81 in a month so recovering is almost like starting over, and it has been even tougher because of insomnia. The extreme anaerobic and fast twitch muscle exercises are enervating, so without 7-8 hours sleep I crash fast. A few weeks ago I started with 25mg capsules daily and found the CBD relaxed me a lot and improved the quality and length of my sleep. I have a lot of work ahead, but now I'm improving again and when not training my entire body feels so energized I describe it as feeling like superman. That makes it all worth while.

I bought the Herbstrong pills for my 85ur old mother in law. Since taking the she sleeps amazing and has an overall calmness. She’s a worry wart and this changed her dramatically.

Although the pills are handier than the drops I prefer the drops. Not sure what the difference really is but think the drops work a little better. I'm sure it's just a mind thing :-)
